Hi everyone, I've been rejected from publications because my articles are not good enough. What kind of dark magic is that anyway?
Can you give me some good prompts to write better articles with ChatGPT? I've seen some posts here saying that ChatGPT is not as good as humans at writing articles, but I believe that with the right approach and a few good prompts, I can improve.

One more thing, I know that this kind of advice can be expensive (market demand alert), but if you are willing to help a true brother in need, please send me your prompts via inbox. I will return the favor here on BHW someday.

Thanks in advance, and I hope I haven't broken any rules!

This is just my opinion but try re-phrasing your question in a more detailed way. For example, asking for a more persuasive written email instead of just an email.
Perhaps by changing the wordings around a bit, you might get a closer result to what you want.
Of course most importantly, never close the previous conversations that you had with ChatGpt. Instead carrying out the same conversation could give you better results. I personally love to do research of my own before I write an article; but you do you.

Of course it's just a AI doing what YOU ask it to do, if you want it to be more detailed your query has to be more detailed.

You have to use a good prompts to get a better results from it. Also, you have to rephrase it.

Yes, I was looking for prompts like that. For example, "write informally in Trump's style and using multiple "giveaway secret" words". However, I couldn't come up with a prompt that would produce a great piece of writing. So, I was wondering if anyone here could share such a prompt with me... :D

The thing is, no one can share such a prompt as you have to include all the details that you want and you did not share those on here. What I sometimes do is just start with a simple prompt and keep adding little details while sending it back to back to analyse it.

You can't use chatgpt for a whole article.
You should learn about how ChatGPT works so you could get an idea how he can create article for you.

Small hack to use, divide your article into sections small pargraphs for not more than 3 phrases, and try to find a question for each one so that you can ask ChatGpt as many times as your paragraphs number.
Finally regroup the paragraphs into one single article make some changes if you see why.

It requests some manual work but worth it if what you looking for is QUALITY !

You have to write as many indications as possible brother, the more you do a targeted search, the better the answer will be. I have articles in AI better positioned than natural ones!

Let me say you train it with a good prompting to get a great continuous responds

I feel like the only type of people genuinely thinking that chatgpt is the solution to every problem are the ones that haven't actually used it much
Most people most likely only use it a a Google on steroids instead of really implementing it to make money

it's not even good as google on steroids with its 2021 knowledge cutoff bullshit

ChatGPT is a good writing assistant.
Ask it to become an expert in the subject you want to write about.
Ask it who are some known experts in the field.
Ask it why are they experts.
Ask it to quote some of their work.
Ask it to be a university teacher who would be interviewed by one of those experts.
Ask it what are some uncommon or unconventional questions which almost no one would ever ask about that subject.
Ask it why it thinks this way.
Ask it to now take on a role of an academic, and ask it to come up with 5 or 10 titles of interesting courses about that subject.
Pick one, and ask it to elaborately and viscerally express some concerns and observations about the title you chose, if the title would have been a thesis.
Ask it to be persuasive and create an outline for a thesis of that title.
I can go on and on.
Meanwhile, double check if what it spits out, is actually factual.
Quote or copy paste some bits of articles and even of wikipedia terms or phrases you'd want to emit as being knowledgeable in your subject matter.
Tell it to rephrase it, tell it to teach you about it as if you were 12, as if you were 5, as if you only understand with vivid imagery and metaphores.
Ask it what would you have never thought of asking it about the subject matter.
Ask it to resume your whole conversation into an e-book format with an intro, brief summary of each point, and a conclusion.
Ask it what is the usual tone for that subject matter, ask it to produce something with an opposite or different tone.
ChatGPT is like a calculator, it won't do your taxes, but you sure darn hope your accountant uses a calculator.

Good luck!

Come on..

If you were asking this 4-5 months ago, fair enough, but the internet is literally spammed to death with free info on using chatgpt to create articles, content, SEO content..

This is pure laziness. If you spent a day watching youtube videos and trying stuff out you'd become an expert. Hell just a day. But instead you ask here for hand holding and people to give you magic prompts..

If you want to succeed, then take some initative. This is the easiest info in the world to find right now.

The reality is that the internet has already been shit for 2 years but only "we in the sector" agreed on it, now with all this AI everyone is realizing it, including Google!

I used chat gpt for some university homeworks and it worked very well. Teachers didn't notice.
