ChatGPT sucks at writing articles

For AI - rather than asking it to write an article. List out the sections manually and ask it to write section by section which will help craft better content. Also sites are wising up to AI content so needs to be changed to not hit aI %'s

Start watching YouTube videos. There’s a ton. Watch as many as you can daily. You’ll learn a lot. Before you know it you’ll have a spreadsheet of custom prompts you wouldn’t have ever thought of yourself. And you’ll be able to reengineer the prompts to suit your needs.

You can’t just login to chatgpt and say MAKE ME ARTICLE. That’s not how it’s going to work. Ever.

Well it does work but the articles suck and they will more than likely be absolutely worthless. Like crappy prompts with no training information.

Here the thing, you gotta use the latest model which is gpt4 that comes with chatgpt plus nor the free one. Lots of prompts about blogging have already being share some in this thread. So I it's not the prompt it's the model gpt 4 is far far better then gpt 3.5 and gpt 3.5 turbo.

I mean it's also the prompt too. I was working with 3.5 only for a while and with a good prompt the article can still be good. but...not great.

Check out gpt-4...

You could make instruction like this:
- tell the ChatGPT to put into the shoes of a writer that needs to fulfil user intent on the topic you want him to write about. Then tell him to use that intent and to make headlines to cover the topic. Then tell him to act as a person talking to that user and explainig to user that content.
Tell him to emphasize improtant things based on the user intent and the topic he is covering.

Tell him to use simple examples from real life when explaining content so the user can understand form real life examples. And tell him to make some works bold so the user when reads can see what is impportant.

The goal is to put the ChatGPT into the scene, into the scenarion before he starts to write so he can understand all the aspects of the topic before he starts to write.
THat means, you need to warm up the ChatGPT before he starts poping the content out.

After that you will see how the content looks. And if you see something is missing tell him what to improve.

maybe you need you add more context about what you need for the content and povide it more details about how you want the context to be and how to start generating it, I saw chatgpt scripts that provides you a lot of info, in order to take full potencial you need to have some knowledge about what you are asking for, basically you need to make the correct questions so chatgpt can answer it, if you ask to generate a history I mean yeah as everyone else does, instead ask it the following "create history where there is not hero and focus on the development of the villain explaining the reason about why he become evil and use one real psycological trauma to develop the character also how the world started a crusade to stop him and destroy all the evilness he created for 30 years", give it a little background test it like that and you will see the generic response will change and become more enjoyable.

Well your article may reject due to the system detected your articles as AI generated. (My Theory)

100% I was going to go all out and make a thread, but everytime I keep seeing this notification "CHATGPT sucks....", I'd rather share sooner than later.

Recently I put together an article on ChatGPT and it took me about a hour or so, in creating the prompt. Each article may take that. Maybe.

Below are snippets from 3 articles. The complete articles passed AI detectors, plagarism etc

My point is, just at least to answer the question directly - CHATGPT hardly "sucks" at creating content. In these snippets, or the whole articles - was it PERFECT? Absolutley not. If you want your version of perfection, just does it yourself, right?

Otherwise, at the end of the day, regardless, my efforts below, saved me, time, money, and FINGER KEYSTROKES. Anything else, production wise, moving forward, is just an incredible plus.

Article 1: What is ChatGPT? ChatGPT A-Z

ChatGPT, a product of OpenAI, is a conversational AI built on neural networks (NN) and attention/transformer (ATN) architectures. It functions as a powerful natural language processor (NLP) that leverages large language models (LLM) like GPT-3 and the newer GPT-4. These models have grown increasingly sophisticated over time, enabling them to generate human-like text in a wide range of applications.

The GPT-4 model, released in March 2023, brought several improvements over its predecessor, GPT-3. With a larger context window (8000 tokens or 6000 words), GPT-4 can better understand and respond to user inputs.........

Article 2:ChatGPT And The Education World – An Editorial From Me, A College Professor Of 54 Years
As a college professor with over five decades of experience, I've seen countless changes in the world of education. But nothing has quite captured my attention like the emergence of AI language models, specifically ChatGPT. In this editorial, I will explore the benefits of ChatGPT for college students, freelancers, content creators, and small businesses, while also delving into the technical aspects of this groundbreaking technology.
ChatGPT, or Con versational Generative Pre-trained Transformer, is a product of OpenAI. It is designed to generate human-like responses and has various applications in the realm of education, business, and content creation. But what exactly is ChatGPT, and why should you, as students or professionals, care about it?
In essence, ChatGPT is an AI language model trained on vast amounts of data to understand and generate text that closely resembles human-written content. It can perform an impressive range of tasks, from answering questions to writing essays, offering immense benefits to its users.

For college students, ChatGPT can be an invaluable study companion. It can help clarify complex concepts, provide detailed explanations, or even generate ideas for research projects. Freelancers, content creators, and small businesses can leverage ChatGPT....

Article 3: WWE Exceeded Wall Street Expectations
The recently merged sports entertainment company WWE-UFC released their Q1 earnings report yesterday, revealing that even though the company’s financials dropped due to not having the boost of a big event held in Saudi Arabia last year, the earnings exceeded Wall Street expectations. This is because of higher media rights fees, improved viewership and live event ticket sales. The company is currently negotiating with incumbent rights holders NBCUniversal and Fox for domestic media rights renewals.

In other news, WWE is set to present two major shows in Puerto Rico, their first in the country since 2005.

Adding to WWE’s global reach, the company is set to present two major shows in Puerto Rico, their first in the country since 2005, the deal was facilitated by the Puerto Rico Tourism board, who will pay WWE $1.7 million for bringing the shows there in exchange for 600 commercial breaks promoting Puerto Rican tourism on WWE TV, the guarantee of producing a series of commercials featuring WWE superstars enjoying popular touristic attractions on the island, and 1,000 tickets for state government officials. The shows will take place on May 5 and May 6, and 15% of ticket holders placed their orders with a billing address in the United States.

As we can see, WWE is continuing to print money, and its expansion into Puerto Rico is an excellent example of that. The company’s ability to generate revenue through ticket sales, merchandise, and media rights fees shows the resilience and appeal of the brand...
....

So, it does not suck. ChatGPT is literally your very own, fully customizable content generator. (if you're a writer, that is - for someone else, it might be a machine to talk about the end of the world and stuff like that...and that's fine, too. )

You have to give it good enough promts so that it can return valuable information to you.

If it really sucked, there would not have been millions of people fighting to be able to use it.

i personally prefer the output given with open ai, but thats just me

This forum have many threads about AI writing articles and prompts. Find this threads and try using that prompts for make articles.

chatGPT or any AI can make articles. But we need to manually check and do some work to get like human made articles.
