Change SSL Provider Affect SEO?

I am using cloudflare and enable the https for some time. Basically I don't see much effective from my blog's traffic.

few month back, a friend of mine had enabled let's encrypt and his blog's traffic spike up tremendously.
Adsense earning also spike up as well.

Will there be any different for SSL provider? (we both using FREE SSL as describe above)
If I change from cloudflare to let's encryt, will there be a difference?

No. There are a lot of factors that may affect your ranking like your website's content, On-site SEO, page loading speed, backlink quality, etc.,

Test both your site and friend's site on https://gtmetrix.com and https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lighthouse/blipmdconlkpinefehnmjammfjpmpbjk and post the screenshots after masking your urls.

I'm using cloudflare. It is great.
You can resubmit your website and sitemap using google webmaster (After got HTTPS)

I have got big problems with crawling my website by Google Bot. when I disable CLoudFlare the problem i resolved...

SSL is the useful to get increase rank websites in Google searches. I also used our website with SSL security.
