Change of Relationship Status scraper?

Hi Everyone - Im a newbie so be gentle!

I have looked through pages and pages and cant seem to find a "scraper" that automatically posts a message when someone changes their relationship status - like "in a relationship" to "engaged" or "engaged" to "married"

Does anyone know if this exists already?
