CHALLENGE - Stop Smoking and GET BACK IN SHAPE

Glad to see health-conscious folks around
It's the best asset we have
Thanks bro! I feel you for that! Health is the most valuable thing we can control!

UPDATE

I think i went too much hard yesterday during my stretchings and i think that i injured my inner leg muscle.

Today i didn’t workout. Tomorrow morning i’ll see if the pain goes down a bit, now if i lift my leg up the muscle hurts and it’s not like muscle soreness because it’s growing, it’s a different pain.

I will re-asses the damage tomorrow, i hope it’s not too much bad. I’ll try to workout without using my legs, maybe focusing only on my upper body. I don’t know, kinda sad right now.

Have a great day!

Wow nearly a month, time for an update i guess...

I kept working out with a 3 times per week ratio.

Doing Upper body on Monday.

Legs on Thursday.

And full cardio shit on Sunday.

I went from 76 Kg to 70 Kg.

Unfortunately i’m still smoking goddammit cause my GF smokes too and when the government permitted to see your loved ones, stop smoking got way harder. Guess i’ll just try harder btw.

Inspiring mate, lost 40 kg myself, now waiting till the quarantine is over so i can hit the gym again.

Couldn't manage to quit smoking though.

Hey! What’s up?

Time for an update:

That fucking routine was mad. So mad that it actually de-motivated me to work-out and in fact, i stopped working out for like 3 weeks.

And i let myself go AGAIN in these 3 weeks. Smoking like a chimney and not working out.

I picked up myself again, re-started to workout since like the last week of june and i’m starting to see my abs again aahaha just that lower fat to burn.

I’m not doing that mad routine, at least for now, i found a black dude on youtube that shows this “mma full bodyweight workout metabolic“ HIIT circuit and it’s awesome.

(Still can’t fully do it since i cut in half the times)

And i managed to decrease my smoking by a lot. I mean from 20+ cigarettes to just like 6-7 a day.

Uff. It’s not that easy. For real.

Being healthy is and will be always a main factor in being successful in life and in business!
Good luck Budd, you can make it :)

Keep it up buddy, one small step at a time.
I recommend you reading "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg. Even the smallest changes can have a huge impact on your habits. Definitely worth a good read.

During the last 2 months i didn't smoke much tobacco, but i replaced It with weed so i don't know if It's good or not lol
