have you asked there support, your triggering some sort of bot flag .
usally proxies or accounts that cause problams .

, When an account is challenged (in the private endpoints they call it challenge-required which can be PV, EV) you have to deal with it and it won't go away.
so it your accounts then
phone verify or email verify .

I have the same problem , I tried to verify my accounts via Email by using embedded browser but it still saying challenge required.
i purchased aged accounts and when i try to log into it to followplanner it askes me to EV so i do that but when i try to log again into bot it askes me to sign in using different device to accept terms and conditions.

All you have to do is : desactivate your account and wait for more than 2 hours , and then you have to connect from Massplanner.
