First off, I'd like to say I wish you nothing but good luck on your journey.
I also have a very similar goal. I have one question, though.
In your budget breakdown you state that you will spend $300 on SEO.
I'm not trying to be nosey, but I'm just curious how and what services will
you spend your money on for SEO?

Hi.
My GF is making articles. In average 1 a day, and adding it in news section.
Everything else is just copied content with added 20-30 words of unique content (added by my GF too).

1520 pages indexed so far. Around 1480 are copied content with small add ons.
I am getting traffic already. Its healthy amount. I see some registrations too.
I will install some visitor look up in few days to see what I am getting now.

A lot was said about it.
I simply wont risk my position for being cheap :)
It could explain my dummy domains registered before ranking extremely well without backlinks really build.

I dont really know. I would say 50 a day, maybe 100. I will install some statistics in few days.
Alexa 1million and dropping fast.

$300 is just estimate. I will buy $50-100 worth of SEO, and then rest is what my employees will do. So estimate of $300 is good enough.
 
Update:

So there was some movement since last update.

I created 500 PR4+ backlinks to site (mix of anchor and non anchor).
Then I dropped another 80 manual made backlinks of PR4+ without the anchor pointing main page.
I ordered also Link Push for site to test it out.

Since then:

Site danced over page 10-11 like crazy (change in position every few hours). Then after pointing 500 PR4+ backlinks it dropped to nowhere.
I quickly build 80+ manual backlinks, and set Link Push to use this Dance to get as high as possible.
3 days later and I am on page 7.
Now I am dancing all over page 7 like crazy (change every 12 hours) since 2 days already.
I am not building backlinks now, as I still have many to get indexed.
I will get some maybe in 2-3 days.

So many is asking what this site is about.

So:

I am trying to rank #1 in Flash Games niche.
I found nice keyword with high searches.
I am using this script for my site:

This script is available for free in Download section, but you can get one for just $19, so if you have money - buy it. Price is truly crazy.
You can buy packet of games also.
I added games, and then I rewritten titles and instructions for them.

I cant say what keyword I am trying to rank, but there is many keywords in gaming niche with 1.000 searches a day that are REALLY easy to rank. Also gamers are loyal, so before you know you have 50% returning users.

However, I am wondering if you will have adsense ads on the copied pages.. I think the TOS states that you have to own all of the content on the page the ad is placed.

Also, does your blog have pictures? are they royalty free pictures? If not are you worried about getting sued for DMCA. What will you do if someone tries to get you to remove pictures or articles from your website. Lastly, do you modify the pictures you get?

About the backlinks i think i will use the Automated LinkPushing Service! Next Generation SEO! by BassTrackerBoats ,it's seem to be a good way to save a lot of time.

Update:

I am on page 3 now, nice jump from page 7 with stop on page 5 for one day. I stopped dancing today, and I am holding my position.
I didnt manage to find time to install stats for traffic, but I have got 11 sign ups so far, and I am getting a lot of plays of my games :)

great thread! I think you got a good niche .copy content is not problem with flash game ,rewrite the description is a good idea.
You will find tons of flash game with same content on net.but i don't know how to rank it before. congrats u.

I have several micro niche blog with adsense ads, but i'm doing pretty awful with seo, so CPA is still the thing for me

Great! Planning is the key to online success. Doing one thing at a time, measuring results and then deciding the next step. With good targeted traffic, good adsense income is possible. I have noticed that I make more adsense money from niches which are not related to IM. I think it's because IM'ers already know what adsense is all about and may decide not to click those ads. For other niches, people just click blindly and I make money for each of those clicks.
