[challenge] How long to $50 a day from Adsense?

I've been following this thread since the beginning, really interested how this will turn out. I know you can do it for sure, I bet it's just these little things that are always in the way.

Also I might have missed something but what's the purpose of having so many copied pages? Wouldn't lesser but all unique pages be better?

Purpose is to keep people within my website.
I want them to return.
I want to build visitors page, and get nice returning percentage.
If I will be able to provide a lot of content, people wont get bored after 1 day.

$100 complete website (what kind? paid template? any example?etc...)
$50 content for website (only articles? anybody better writter?etc..)
$50 content (articles) for offsite (etc....)
$300 SEO (etc...etc...)

I have 60+sites right now and hand code websites since 1995. So I'm talking more for newbies even if I can learn stuff here, no question....

Also, how many words would you recommend putting on the first page?

I bought packet of ready to post pages. More than 1.000 - I installed them, and they are ready to use.
You can find packets like that around web. I wont give mine as this would give out my niche.

Good luck in your journeys. I want to tell you now though that your goals are unrealistic. I have a niche iPhone jailbreaking blog that gets about 10,000 visitors per day and I don't make close to $50/day and I've been running the website for a year, so for you to think that you will be able to be making $50/day in 2 months having never used AdSense before is an unrealistic goal IMO(especially if you aren't using unique content).

10K visitors a day for Iphone keyword, and you make $50?

Man... This sounds like $100 a day niche for me minimum.

Sounds like you need to better optimize your site and ads! try better paying keywords for your ads, test out different ad placement, and color schemes =) see if that helps you get paid a little better! especially with 10k visitors a day lol

I part agree with Jarwhato. Generally you can expect an income on a plan based on past successful experiences. But I totally disagree when talking about that just because his website isnt successful means that the OP website will not be successful. They are probably totally different niches.

A good website about car insurance can make good money receiving only 10 targeted daily visitors. Different from a website about funny pictures which requires thousands of views in order to receive adsense clicks.

forget about doing manually....at least i could barely create 10 of those per hour....try to find a tool or to purchase (if the time is worth your investment)

I am still here!

Sorry for no updates since few days, but I had a loadz of jobs to do...

So here is an update:

All together I created around 220 PR4+ manual Angela style backlinks to my site.
Only part of it is crawled.
I will ping them with my tool within next few days.

After I started my positions have been:

Around Page 25
Dropped to outside of 100 pages
Returned 4 days ago on page 15
Started moving around pages 14-15 like crazy since last days.
Jumped today to page 11.

Pretty good so far

Now about content:

Around 1.000 pages left after filtering some low quality stuff.

Already got almost 900 indexed by Google with my indexing tool (I will release this one to BHW community totally for free for my 1.000th post).

As for now Onsite Optimization is really slow, and main page contains really small amount of quality content. This will change as soon as we will get to top10 pages. I wont to start heavy backlinking and onsite changes.

I assume around 300-400 more backlinks can take me to first page.

I am really curious what is real amount of visitors for this keywords, as different tools show 10-30.000 exact searches a day.

So for now, we will wait and index more backlinks.
Within few days I will update on position changes.

Nope, I don't think so. Maybe page 2-3 yes, but not 11.

Theres no trick to it. You just have to write good content. If people like your content, they naturally share it.

for new sites:
50% writing content
25% link building
25% social networks/social bookmarking

Mature sites (6 month+):
90% content
10% link building, social network, social bookmark.

Extrawinner, call me jumpy but I've started following your methods so far. I'm building an adsense site with 120 pages on a very highly competitive, high money niche..lets see.. i'm not looking to hit the top 1st page but if i can land on page 3..I'm cool.

I considering using digg and stumbleubon for traffic though. dont really give a middle finger about big g's traffic. there are many other very high traffic sources.. however a page 3 ranking on google would ice my cake...lol.

After its done I will let somebody to create few hundreds of pages, and I will order few 1000+ words unique articles to be added to content. I hope I will be able to throw first SEO at it before weekend ends.

How much is that content creating costing you? When I outsource article writing on freelancer.com I have to pay about $9 per article. But then I get good articles with no spelling errors. So I would have paid atleast $1800 for 200 articles with 600 words each. I understand $1800 is way over your budget, so how do you do it?
