CZ was smart enough to decouple Binance.US from the main company. Even if they loose, only Binance.US will be affected.

Still it will be huge. There are many users on binance.us also. If one more reputed exchange shuts down, it will be big blow to crypto.

Binance is a very cash rich company and highly profitable as a company, so the crypto crowd has a lot of confidence that Binance / CZ will be able to weather any storm(s). Ofcourse, Bitcoin / crypto prices is another story. Nonetheless, Binance will be strongly around, as long as crypto is around.

This sue is for which violation ? I do not want binance to loose this case because it will make things hard for crypto holders.

You are inflating the importance of a single broker over a decentralized market. When Mt.gox crashed the market was a lot smaller and it was a lot more popular than what Binance is today.
Take a chil pill. Everything's gonna be fine.
