So with 20 videos equating to 600 views right now and they are "viral videos"? How do you mean by viral, are they relevant as well? What is the niche you are aiming for? Like whats the purpose of the channel? Those would be the first few questions I would ask. But I believe one of the best ways to get some traffic to those videos is by increasing your youtube channel authority.. how do I mean? in other words uploading more videos and creating more natural engagement on the channel by commenting in the comment and community section etc. Once your channel reaches three hundred videos by the way, I dont know if you knew this but Youtube automatically deems your channel and authority and starts to rank more in the related videos and good search engines including youtubes of course. Start sharing those "viral" videos into related facebook groups, just dont be spammy about it. I understand you said without "seo" so I added that facebook deal in there too!
