CAUTION: Don't use Proxy-Store.com for your private proxy needs

Hi there,

Been purchasing proxies from proxy-store for a while, but lately they decided to stop caring about customers, customer support and quality of the proxies.

I was buying private proxies from them at $2.57/pc (lower with their generic promo code: BONUS30 - not affiliated ); advertised For any website - which will of course not work for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

Mind you, these are their "premium" proxies.

Second, their USA advertised private proxies are located in Russian Federation, Panama, and out of 30 proxies, only a few are from USA. If you want your anti-detect social media accounts to get banned, this is the perfect service for that.

Third, tried contacting them over their chat, right after I got the proxies to notify them about the proxies not being located in the USA, I got no response, of course.

Contacted them through their support email ( [email protected] ) where I told them I've been trying to reach them over the chat without a success, and this is the response I got:
"Please write to the chat on the page https://proxy-store.com/ in the bottom right corner. Technical support appears there, there you will get a more complete and quicker answer"

Went over to the chat, got a response after half an hour. This is how it goes with them - You respond immediately, they respond after 15 minutes.
Great timely service. I am not chatting with a crush, I am contacting customer support for god's sake.

Sent them screenshots from multiple tools showing location of the country, and guess what, they don't care.

If you like falsely advertised products and services, these are great guys for that. Go ahead, order USA proxies and roll the dice.

And if, after all the hastle, all the time spent, you want your wallet balance back ( not to be confused with a proxy order refund ) , you'll get a simple: "What do you mean?" Yea.

This vendor is not worth it. Trust me.

Oh, that's rough. Most of the time, people look for proxies exactly for those platforms. Is that vendor on the Marketplace here? Typically, the ones available here are far trustworthy than those available outside.

I haven't seen that vendor here. There were some other memeber's posts mentioning proxy-store but that's about it. To be honest I don't know how I got to that vendor. Dumb luck

What is unfortunate is I actually did, and I do. I use(d) multiple vendors and I'm constantly checking what's working for me.

Now, I've switched to MPP and so far - so good. Just wanted to warn our great community here not to get anything from that vendor and learn from my mistakes
