Catchy content for homepage/landing page

I'm launching a new service, and i'm looking for a content writter that can write catchy content (short and catchy sentences)
English is not my primary language, so i need a little help

I don't need much content, and not a SEO article, just someone with experience in landing page to find words to convince people

I have many competitors, so the writter can take "inspiration" from these websites.

Do you know where I can find such writter ? in upwork,freelancer...here ?

Because write catchy sentences is not the same than write an article
