The problem is that even when i try to blast my site with my main keywords, it looses position!!!! So it doesnt surprise me that doing it to competitors hurts positions!!

Yeah, sorry for not updating.
I checked the rankings every day, but not much changed. All they keywords are still sandboxed. It got better on a few, but maybe by 20 or so positions.
1 keyword came back to it's original position. Oddly the one which I also used as anchor text.

What are the rankings right now then? Can you give us a recap of what you've done to the site and what's happened?
Just sum it up for us all.
The reason i'm asking is because there's another case study on BHW where a guy claims to have created 10 million scrapebox comments and is now ranking number 1 in his niche. I used yahoositexplorer and only found 5k though.
My own case study shows there is a penalty for excessive backlinks too.

I didn't track the bad words, I tracked the keywords for which the site is optimized
Got that, but I wondered if Google may now consider that site not to be safe, so is not showing it in SafeSearch results.
[edit] Though that wouldn't explain why it is showing up at all, so I guess not! It just struck me as interesting that you might be able to get a site listed as non-safe through this method!

Did the site bounce back or move at all after the latest Panda update? Or is it still in the lows?
Well I don't run a National or International eCommerce Site, just local retail.
I'd be willing to bet 99% of my competitors don't even know what SEO stands for much less Negative SEO. After running SEO Spyglass on them it's apparent they aren't doing anything. The "National Chain" stores that sell my products locally are doing SEO, but not exactly what I'd call a "killer" job. Of course they're spreading their efforts nationwide........
So I'm following this thread with GREAT interest. If I could demote some of these other guys my revenues would certainly increase......
