I use both Semrush and Ahrefs for Keyword research. You can be sure about ranking if you see one or more of Quora, Pinterest, Facebook pages, Chrome extensions, Twitter profile etc. (which doesn't belong to the same brand) in first 3 pages.
If the keyword is a brand and you find wikipedia & social media pages (or sales pages) on first page followed by media citations, then it's almost impossible to rank. Moreover, it'll be considered impersonation. For example, you can't rank for "Call of Duty: Modern warfare", but you can rank for "call of duty modern warfare hacks ps4."

A lot of things have changed after posting this guide and Google is now ranking parasites with backlinks regardless of content. You should create some backlinks to reach first page.

So, u mean you are still using G Site to rank the first page with backlinks power? or switched to other parasites for the better performance?

I'm still ranking G-Sites and also have a few other types of parasites. It's better to diversify as G-sites may get reported any time.
It's not always necessary to have backlinks. If your competitor has backlinks, then they will rank regardless of quality content.

GSA blasts are working fine but people are using fresh lists. The GSA services on BHW are outdated with 90% junk links (redirects, php exploits etc which don't have any value). If you can get legit contextual, comment & forum links with low OBL & spam which get indexed, then you can rank as soon as these links are indexed.

There are multiple cases. You can use them as doorway pages to your moneysite, or drive audience to a landing page with offers, or to a site with popup ads to monetize trash traffic. I've done them all, and everything works fine.

recently week ago I Build backlinks and google site start ranking when i checked today i found that all my backlinks disappeared from google search console and lost backlinks and ranking ? are this normal note: website and backlinks is still indexed

Google Search Console filters backlinks and shows only a few of them. It's really weird if all your backlinks disappeared at once. The fall of ranking could be due to spammy content. Keyword stuffing like I mentioned in the OP doesn't work anymore. You should naturally place keywords and entities within the content. You can read about entities here:

Content is well handwritten no keyword stuffing . should i continue build backlinks or try another google site ? it could be a bug for backlins disappered ?

It's not a bug. GSC removes some backlinks over time. I've created 500 backlinks for a parasite but Google showed only 40 links. It ranked without any issues since 3-4 months. You should continue building backlinks and improving the parasite as long as there are no penalties.

For some reason google stopped showing backlinks to google sites in search console. Since the summer.

I still see some of my backlinks in GSC for Google Sites but they are very few. But the sites are still ranking. I created a few other parasites with my regular strategy and created only the backlinks that are in GSC. None of them ranked as of now. So, I believe that GSC is hiding most of the backlinks but still considering them for ranking parasites.
