Case Study: Niche Site after 4 months applying only Whitehat technique

UPDATE NOVEMBER
Guys I successfully sold my niche site, it got sold in a public auction on flippa for $3550, I had to pay 15% to the broker who helped me sell the site so I got 3k
For this being my first blog EVER I'm happy with the result, I started with few bucks and now I ended with 3k
With this money I will fund a new niche site.
Final Thoughts about this journey
- If you are just starting go for an obscure niche, something with little or no competition, be creative! do your research!
- I never made a single effort for a backlink in this journey, this proves that if you choose the right niche and create great content you won't need to spend your valuable time building links.
- Creating a strong social presence is key, I think that if you have a strong social presence, that creates community and that's what Google loves to see.
- One of the key reasons why I couldn't get more money for the site is because most of the traffic is going to one article, so I think it is important to diversify the traffic between the articles, this means you need to create A LOT of content.
- Also I diversified income into ads and affiliate marketing, that was a good play!
- My marketing strategy worked very well every month, I had a lead magnet, and the site collected ~6 subs every day, it was nice to see the list growing month after month organically
- I wanted a quick exit so I'm satisfied with the deal!
Well, the list of thoughts and learnings in this journey is endless, I have made deals for counseling and helped other people so I think the ROI of this journey is much more than the 3k I got for the site.

I have told this many times in the forum that there are serious buyers in Flippa as I successfully sold a few sites.

Thank you! Definitely, Flippa is a great place to sell this kind of small niche sites. I'm very happy with the final result of the deal, I really tried to sell the site myself through Facebook Groups and Motion Invest with no rsults.

Hey! glad you took the time to read all the journey, definitely worths it, if you're just starting to blogging and affiliate marketing I think reading this will be a great inspiration and also a shortcut to do what works from the beginning. This case study has proven lots of things.
Regarding your questions:
1. I used a script to cloak all my links (KEY if you don't want your emails and your domain name to be blacklisted), you can check the tutorial I used here.
2. I wrote all emails from scratch however I used some examples the owners of the affiliate products I promoted share on their affiliates page.
