its not the software its the designer that makes the difference. This could be made in PS, Fireworks, or Gimp; just to name a few. Just pick a software program and learn how to use it. Many tutorials on the web; PS probably has the most tutorials.

It's really simple - to create that stuff, you have to be able to draw them freehand.
I can't draw well at all, but I can take photos and create banners or other graphics using all of it. They aren't anywhere near as good as a professional, but many times, it gets the job done. As far as the site you listed - yea... I couldn't touch that... lol

You might as well be asking "How to millionaire?"
There's an infinite amount of steps to learning an art style and it all depends on where you start from. For artists already skilled at freehanding, adapting new styles is fairly easy with a bit of practice and guesswork. Unless you're already at that point, you might as well just hire a designer to do the work for you.

I can't draw this freehand, cause my hands are shaking like hell (i broken my arms few times). But I'm making graphic in PS quite well - I was just curious if any of you know these kind of techniques.
I don't need a designer anyways.
