I have high percentage chargebacks and will have to change accounts frequently because they will get banned. That's why I'm looking for a method to do them myself, easy.

If I buy accounts and charge a few payments on each account until it gets banned it will not be profitable.

Consider using Stripe, Paddle, or PayPal, which support individual accounts and recurring payments in Europe.

I often observe a similar "scheme" with high chargeback rates. Can you briefly explain what this is? I’ve heard that buyers are promised discount coupons, lotteries, or something like that... Can you at least hint at what it is?
 
Just stay away from PayPal. You can use the rest.
