Does it still matter whether the interest is written with uppercase or lowercase when targeting Fb Ads?

I think Facebook has introduced some changes recently.

create 2 ads and split test ?
it depends on niche and the ad copy you are using

The thing is that I cannot see lowercase interests anymore when creating an audience ...

Uppercase ones are Broad Interests and Lower case ones are Narrow or Precise Interest.

Yeah I know that, but it seems that it doesn't matter anymore. I can see only Uppercase ones.
