Can't sleep. Can't lose weight. Stress. My problems.

apply the same work ethic you used to achieve your IM passive income to your personal goals.

I personally use OPC (with Vitamin C and recently Astaxanthin), which should make your body more relaxed and healthier. Read about it. Drink also good clean (if possible distilled) water, no industrial food if possible. You could try to eat fruits, vegetables and make your own juice out of it. Also consider to try out a routine to make sports, either in group or alone (which you prefer). For instance walking, jogging for 1 hour or something (every day). Moving and powering out your body with exercise has usually good benefits, especially if you sit constanty befoe a pc. That are things, which helped me personally.

Oh and if you want to eat constantly. You could place a cabbage in front of you and eat the leaves from it as snack. This should be not that bad for your body instead of eating constantly junk food. You can also try other stuff as snack like nuts, apples, fruits.

Considering sleeping you could try to sleep on the ground and test it for a week, if this can work out for you. At the beginning it normally feels worse, because you body needs to adjust but after 1 week you should have figured it out, if this helps your sleep. Maybe also curcuma can work out for you. If I take it I feel like it is giving me dreams at least :P

Having been in a similar situation a few years ago mate (60lb overweight and so much stress I ended up in hospital) I have a couple of suggestions.

1. I can't sleep at night. I stay awake till 9 am in the morning, exhausted, then I sleep. I wake up at 3 pm, and I would still feel tired.

Exercise. As much as you don't feel like it, it is the best cure I've found for this. The problem many people have nowadays is being mentally but not physically tired. I notice that my sleep goes to hell when I take a break from the gym.

2. I can't lose weight. I eat eat, I would eat 10 times a day, as long as there is food infront of me, I just keep eating.

Losing weight is really quite simple, its calories in vs calories out. There have been some suggestions of low carb/keto diets, these are good as they essentially force you into a calorie deficit. The option that works for me though is quite basic, get MyFitnessPal, figure out how many calories you need per day then plan a few meals around it. I order anything I need for these meals and cook them up in bulk, portion them out and freeze them. No reason to have takeaways or eat out unless it a treat.

This sounds arduous but actually it saves me loads of time, I cook for 2-3hours on a Sunday, once a month MAX, after that it's just reheating stuff in the microwave for a couple of minutes a day. It's also a lot cheaper, Chicken breast in the supermarket here is ~£10 a Kg, I pay £4.50 in bulk, the same for Mince.

As an example, order 10Kg of chicken breast and 4 Kg of lean mince. That's about 120 servings of 1 chicken breast and 80 x 50g servings of mince. Cook that over a weekend and in the end you have about 2 months worth of food made up in a few hours, you mainly spend your time waiting for the slow cooker to finish!

Cook 5Kg of the chicken, put one breast in each bag (more than 5 won't fit in my oven)
Use a slow cooker to make Chilli (2kg of beef), divide it into 50g portions
Use a slow cooker to make Bolognese (2kg of beef), divide it into 50g portions
Bulk cook 1Kg of Rice and divide it into portions in Tupperware,
Bake 10-20 potatoes
Cook 1Kg of Pasta, divide it into portions
Cook 2-3 trays of roasted veg (not starchy just peppers, courgette, brocolli etc) and divide that into portions.

Each meal you now grab, one portion of meat, one of carbs and one of veg, put them on a plate and warm it up. If you've calculated the portion size properly you're guaranteed to not overeat so you will lose weight. I tend to go a bit smaller on the portion sizes than i calculate so I ca fit in a treat every now n then.

As for exercise, don't worry about cardio too much. I surf or hike every weekend because I enjoy it but I don't use a treadmill or bike. Focus on strength training, use something like Stronglifts 5x5 which is easy to follow, quick intense sessions and gives you the reward of seeing your progress every week. Pretty soon you'll be addicted to adding weight to the bar.

3. Stress: I think about work too much. I already makes decent passive income. But I think I want more and I want it fast. I get stress when work don't move at good speed.
Best suggestion I have for this is take up a hobby that means you can't think about it, Surfing, Hiking or Climbing are good, all a bit of exercise for point 2 but you're busy thinking of what you're doing and nothing else. Also you're unlikely to get internet when you're doing these things.

Hi,

Just want to share, maybe could get some feed backs.

I have few problems right now and I want to solve it.

1. I can't sleep at night. I stay awake till 9 am in the morning, exhausted, then I sleep. I wake up at 3 pm, and I would still feel tired.

What I want: I want to sleep 8 pm and wake up 4 am.

2. I can't lose weight. I eat eat, I would eat 10 times a day, as long as there is food infront of me, I just keep eating.

What I want: 3 healthy meals a day. Going to gym daily.

3. Stress: I think about work too much. I already makes decent passive income. But I think I want more and I want it fast. I get stress when work don't move at good speed.

What I want: Work few hours per day only, not thinking about work all the time.

Looking to hear your feed backs. What I need to do to be able to be what I want to be?

Thanks

Try to outsource some of your business duties and go to the gym (outside your house and ideally in the evening) and chose a fitness program on a site such as https://www.muscleandstrength.com/ .

Example of transformation you could target/plan : https://www.muscleandstrength.com/transformations/luis-andrade

PS : Personally, when I used to go to the gym I don't take any supplement but this was a personal choice.

income in not everything ... you need to be healthy to enjoy the money as well.

so change your lifestyle .... go to a gym and start caring about the crap you eat.

Try Paleo diet for a month, it will help you for sure with stress, concenration, energy, wellbeing.. believe me ;)

Try to spend less time in front of the monitor, especially before you go to bed.

1) stay awake until 8pm, then go to bed. you only need to tough it out one day in order to reset your body clock. i can almost promise this has been a creeping problem and not insomnia ( i.e. progressively later nights with no alarm to wake you) set an alarm and get up and go for a walk ( this will help with problem number 2)

2) eat less. just stop buying so much crap. if its not in the house you cant eat it. i dont buy excuses medical or whatever as i have every reason to be fat but im not and i work hard not to be. yes im using harsh language but suck it up buttercup, fat kills. my words dont.

3) stressing about not working hard enough or missed opportunities will slowly diminish with the discipline of the above two points as you will not sleep through the day, and you will gain focus, being overweight puts a tremendous stress on our bodies and makes you sluggish.

get up and get at it mate you are not dead dont live like you are.

Start small. A little effort goes a long way.
I started losing weight 4 years ago. I was at 220 LBS. Now i am at 153. I also get up every morning at 4AM. I just love the morning and i feel like if i sleep too much i will miss something. I sleep around 6-7 hours a day.
Start eating a little less and do some cardio. Maybe a half an hour a day. With that you will get tired in the evening by itself and will fall asleep. If you wanna lose weight in the long run you have to start small, and increase your cardio or decrease your calorie intake as time goes on.
