Can't sleep. Can't lose weight. Stress. My problems.

    Hi,

    Just want to share, maybe could get some feed backs.

    I have few problems right now and I want to solve it.

    1. I can't sleep at night. I stay awake till 9 am in the morning, exhausted, then I sleep. I wake up at 3 pm, and I would still feel tired.

    What I want: I want to sleep 8 pm and wake up 4 am.

    2. I can't lose weight. I eat eat, I would eat 10 times a day, as long as there is food infront of me, I just keep eating.

    What I want: 3 healthy meals a day. Going to gym daily.

    3. Stress: I think about work too much. I already makes decent passive income. But I think I want more and I want it fast. I get stress when work don't move at good speed.

    What I want: Work few hours per day only, not thinking about work all the time.

    Looking to hear your feed backs. What I need to do to be able to be what I want to be?

    You need discipline. All the things you want you can have, I don't see any phisical barrier between you and your goals.
    Search on the internet about "low testosterone symphtoms". The low T can be caused by what you are eating and the lack of sleep. And the low T makes you repeat the cicle again and again.

    Dude try keto diet. (NOT CLICKBANK OR AFFILIATE LINK :D:D) just saying. Im on keto diet for 2 months. lost over 10kg. Feels great.

    Start small brother, what you want is completely attainable. Just start small take little victories everyday and work at it everyday, I deal with depression and it can get pretty serious depending on how bad it hits me so I know how you feel even though it's not the same.

    Ha ha ha. I totally understand you mate. I am going through the same thing. But, I think you forgot to tell that you feel like you are not living anymore. By waking up late you hardly get to see the world. Also, you might feel like what the fuzz do you do at night.

    low carb diet and cardio, that will take the stress away if you work out hard. if you continue not see progress then go to docs and have blood work done.

    1) First enjoy what you're doing. Mate you could be still stuck in a 9-5 job.
    2) Clean your cupboards. Throw away all industrial foods and refined sugar.
    3) Make a "diet plan" and stick to it, make it an habit (every morning: oats + coco powder + honey + black chocolate, every lunch: olive oil + sweet potatoes + green vegetables + meat (pork/chicken), same for diner without sweet potatoes. If you're hungry between meals eat low carbs fruits). No need to make a hell diet plan at the beginning or after two week you'll run to the first macdonald's and order 3 XL menus. Yep, you'll have to start to cook your own food.
    4) Buy a TRX and start to workout little by little every two or three days.

    You're in a vicious circle: Not happy with your body -> Low mood -> lot of food -> Not happy with your body -> no sleep -> Stress -> No Happiness and so on.

    Workout -> endorphin -> happiness
    Healthy food -> results in the mirror -> happiness
    Workout -> exhausting -> you'll find sleep
    End of sugar -> less nervous
    Happiness -> Sleep like a baby

    It won't fix everything, but it's a good start.

    Source: my personal experience: people were used to say that I was always grumpy, stressed and nervous. Lost 32lbs, started to workout, now people tell me "you always seem happy and in a good mood".

    Things you need to know. I say this FOR REAL - 4 REAL - REALY.

    You gotta love yourself. This is by far THE MOST important thing.
    You gotta start slow, a barrier at a time.

    1. You can start smoking bud if you really want to fall asleep easy :D

    2. Keto diet and less food. When you're craving bad food you have to force yourself to snack on boring healthy food only. Eventually I'll start to taste good and you'll lose weight like crazy. Cut out drinks that are packed with sugar.

    3. Pursue some hobby outside of IM in your spare time. Keep your mind from tiring itself out.

    I know what do you feel , just find something positive in what are you doing and enjoy this journey through life.

    Be carefull of the eating problem can casuse diabeties , not nice to have.

    You dont need gym , maybe need loving , get a dog , go on walks every day .

    If you do a diet ,see your doctor first, diets are not for everybody.

    Get a fresh blood test check ,for your cholesterol and hart rate .

    You fill stresed might be heigh blood pressure .

    Try swimming or learn smimming, try walking outside a lot more.

    Dont use a car try walking or a bike .

    Good luck mate , i no life can be boaring and we all get down food not the ansaw ,just get you a lot ill.

    The good think is you know what you want, you can not change it unless you try hard by yourself to change it, make your own strategy to get what you really want, there is no other shortcut, i know it's difficult, but keep trying and believe you can change this habbit in yourself.

    Stop eating SUGAR! Drink you'r coffe with honey. DONT VISIT THE LOCAL SUPERMARKET!
    Go to some "MMA" Gym and ask the head coach for personal training and diet for losing weight. You don't have to become a fighter u need to get motivated. Stop eatin red meat. Drink hot water with lemon at the mornings for week then rest a week. Drink a lot of water, stop drinking any alchohol. When you eat it's very important to first eat the the "easy" stuff. Dont put >Meat>salate>Juice cuz u will explode! Juice>Salate>Meat followed by no desert ;].
