Can't Post In Facebook Groups Anymore

Hi,

Lately, I've been promoting my own site in facebook groups a bit. It has driven lots of traffic (sometimes up to 3000 visitors per day) but it looks like I'm banned or something.

When I post into a group, my message don't reach the people from the group anymore.

I've created different and new accounts but they all don't work anymore.

Is there a way this can be fixed or bypassed?

Please let me know,

Thank you very much in advance,
Benjamin

Excuse me @BenjaminMFR2 to not offer a solution to your problem but could you tell us in how many groups and which frecuency did you usually posted? that info is valuable as reference frame for people who want to make something similar.
How much time you were doing this posting scheme before getting banned?

Would be nice to learn more about your post behavior that make you get banned by FB

Ofcourse,

I posted around 4-5 times per week with multiple accounts (I had 5) in various groups.

Each account had between 6-8 groups I posted in and I sent usually a link to all of those groups 2-3 of my latest blog posts.

Most of the posting was done immedialty after each other, thus no time in between.

Lately, I also wanted to get a few more likes to my facebook fanpage, so I posted in "like 4 like" Facebook groups.

This makes me wondering if Facebook has "banned" all post that appear under my Facebook fan page profile, not my actual domain.

Might that be possible?

If Facebook is your main source of traffic, there is no need to create another domain. Check to make sure your domain is blacklisted (post it on your wall and see if it shows up), and if it is then get a OG-supported cloaker.

Message me and I can help. This is NOT the end of your site on social media.

Thank you very much Noah,

I just posted on my Facebook wall and the message did show up. The problem is; the messages don't appear in the news feed of other users anymore, no matter which profile I use (even if I create a new one)

Ideally, or actually the only way to operate with FB group posting, is to have a significant amount of time between posts, and intermingle likes, comments, shares, conversations between "friends", wall posts, etc in the process so it does not look like all you are doing is posting in groups.

Camouflage is your best protection against the FB militia.

You can move it with WPClone or some other plugins as well but when you do that the files, images, permalinks, etc are all going to have the same name. I've gotten away with the same content no problem but for instance, http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/image_name.jpg, is not going to change if you use a clone or have it moved.

@shezboy is sharp and has some techies on his team and maybe he has some way to move the site and not duplicate those names so perhaps he can pop in here for you.

Thanks BassTrackerBoats

I can change that manually isn't it?

Btw; @shezboy If you're available, your help would be extremely appriciated

when this happen to me all i do is .... take a break for 2 to 3 days !
i stop posting any links but i keep posting in groups any groups post anything photos/jokes / have fun and enjoy facebook life for 2 days !
then try to post a link 1 first day and start warming more and more with the days .. i almost do this for every account at the first week of the month
i have 6 account with 4500 us friends on each and this always work fine ...

Thanks for the resonse shezboy

I did create the site on Wordpress.

Why?

I was going to suggest using something like Backup Buddy to easily move the site to a new domain but as @BassTrackerBoats points out (see below) that might not take care of your issues. And below that is what @MrE pointed out too which you need to take in to account.

@BassTrackerBoats, not even just the filenames/paths but for images the hash value of the image will remain the same (because it's the same file), and FB is good at matching blacklisted hashes for images.

Yeah, totally. You need to space things out over time while also mixing things up as BTB said here.

I think we need to establish what the actual issue is before we can find the solution to it. PM me with the links that you've been sharing and the links you've tried to share etc and I'll take a look at what is showing and what isn't. I have some aged, in use, FB accounts that I can use for testing things so we can establish the problem. Don't post your links on the thread though.

Some good insights from you , appreciate the info. I have a question. Does this work in the same way when you promote CPA offers by Iframing them on your domain?
What i am asking is if FB blacklists the domain you are Iframing on as well as the filenames/hash info , Would the CPA offer site be unusable as well since you are Iframing the original CPA site?

The problem with cloning it is that the file names are going to be the same and sometimes FB will use a filename to ghost/ban a domain as well as the domain itself.

The OP is going to have a bit of work ahead of himself to replicate that site on a new domain unless there is some way to change the names of the files in the auto-replication process.

I feel bad for the OP as this is no small issue for a site that has 2K hours into it. The sites I promote using FB "spam" are all set it and forget it sites and if they get hit it I have to spend a whole 45 minutes making a new one.

No, you just use an intermediary Javascript redirect between your CPA offer and your front-end Facebook URL.

EDIT: Ignore that. Misread the question, don't know.

EDIT 2: Never mind, I did read it right. Original answer is what you're looking for.

@Noah Hawryshko

Hi

If a java script redirect is a better solution than Iframing , can you please post a sample redirect code?

I can't help you there... sorry... I don't use iframes so I have zero data to share there.

Since Iframe CPA offers on my domain and bulk post on facebook my domain get's blacklisted. Was wondering in that case would the original CPA offer site which i am iframing gets blacklisted too as all the images and files on my Domain is Iframed content from the CPA site.

Just to clarify, you're asking if, when you link your site directly to Facebook, the domain will get banned because it has iframed CPA offers?

The original CPA site is already blocked from Facebook, that's why you have to not post any direct CPA link on Facebook.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you?

I think you are right as Facebook doesn't allow you to post most affiliate links. That answers my question ty.

A few solutions for you OP:

I sent usually a link to all of those groups 2-3 of my latest blog posts.

Most of the posting was done immedialty after each other, thus no time in between.

1. Don't just share links, write text on the post as well and then put the link at the end of your post (remove the link after the preview). Spin the text a lot.
2. Use clickable images from time to time or just plain images along with text and no links, effectively reducing the number of times you share a link per day on groups.
3. Space out the posting by at least 30 minutes between different group posts, so for example 4 group posts would be completed in 2 hours.
4. Between posts, do other actions as well such as liking/sharing/commenting on your own wall, friends' walls, newsfeed's items, fan pages, messaging your friends, etc... So basically shit a normal person does on FB all day.
5. Use this plugin to batch rename all image filenames in WP (and also update all references of the images) and then move the entire site to a new domain using a cloning plugin (many around just search for one) or tell your host to do so.
6. Use this website to batch optimize your images. By doing so, you change the hash code of every image. The hash can also be changed simply by resizing images - search for bulk resizing tools (software or online) on google, there are tons of free tools out there that perform this job. Kraken (the website I linked) has a WP plugin as well, so you can do the batch optimization right within WP without having to download all your images, upload to kraken, optimize and then re-upload again which would take weeks to do.

Warning: The hash code can be so easily changed that you just need to add a single invisible pixel on the image and you will get a new hash. However, I am pretty sure that FB looks way more than the hash in images. Proof of that is the face recognition software that FB currently implements in its platform. I don't know the process that Kraken uses for optimization, but I know it's awesome for the fact that it reduces the size by as much as 60-70% and I use it a lot on SEO. For changing images on the fly, I use MP's extra module to do that and it works so far. But I think you will be OK with kraken as well.
