Can't pay from India using paypal.

This is kinda shit. Can't fill entropay either using my debit card. What is happening with India? I used to do it with entropay but now they are saying my bank is rejecting the transaction.

You can pay with PayPal from India. I have not used Entropay for quite long time but never had any problem adding funds there in past as well.

They don't support cards from all banks.

your debit card should be activated for international transaction which you can do so by calling banks customer care and they will instantly activate it.

Or by sending SMS from the mobile number registered with the bank account.

International chip based debit cards will work. I have an ICICI Coral Debit card and it is connected with my paypal account. I can also do international transactions directly using my debit card.

All banks have such cards including SBI.
