Can't create Facebook BM's

Hello guys, just wondering if I'm doing something wrong,
or if it's something about Facebook these days,

I have been experimented the following error when it comes to create new BM:

An error ocurred while processing this request. Please try again later.
I used to unblock that error going to Opera Browser and create BM there
but nowadays It's also pretty hard to avoid cp

So right now I'm working with aged accounts - real ones -
What I do is to create copied pages like 99% clone from real websites from same city accounts

So I just change a few things like zip code and # address as well as phone number
but it's just like a one digit of them in order to avoid legal complains (we never know)

So, the process here I am working too (and I've been worked since long time ago)
it's to use residential proxys from same city accounts ofc.

I if can, I use TeamViewer to get cookies from users and import JSON cookies in MLA profile
so once there I disable security stuff (to avoid any checkpoint for new logins)

Then I go to create fanpage (as I said before I use cloned sites)
After 1 day I go straight to BM and use same info that use in my fanpage

So nowadays I've seen this error.

Is there anything wrong in this?
Have you experimented same error?
How can I avoid that error?

I'd like to know your experiences

Getting that message is common an there are a lot of ways to resolve it.

First try changing your location with a vpn and try creating the BM again

If you have already created 3 business manager accounts in the past you won't be able to create another with your current account
You can also chat with support to find out why you can't create a new BM

I will consider your POV. Also I'd like to mention that I'm using each account for each BM, none of of them are linked nor related
Every account has their own real aged e-mail and activity and so on. These are nor farmed, nor hacked accounts.

So, anyways, in this case I'm working with MLA for each profile using residential IP's (sticky sessions)

- What could you recommend me to do? use VPN instead of proxy just for create BM's?
- Or should I use VPN only in case that error appears?

You should try both to see which one works

You can simply buy an invitation link to activate bm, and then activate bm on your account without any problems. Such links are not expensive and you will lose a headache.
