Cannot configure Jarvee to post non-square photos

Hi All
I know that Jarvee can upload MP posts portrait and landscape photos without turn them into squares, but unfortunately, no matter what I try, it always end up cropped on my wall.

I've unchecked "Campaign / Overview / Advanced settings / crop image instead of adding white borders"
Still, when i publish a post it end up cropped on my wall...
I even tried to check it and publish a post. but it ended up the same...

It is important to note that the post is saved ןמ full-size through the repost tool.
but even when I try to upload a pic and post it manually through Jarvee, the problem is still the same.

Of course if I upload a photo from my phone, I have an option there not to crop the photo and it comes out fine. So the problem is not in the account but only in Jarvee.


Has anyone experienced a similar problem and can advise please?

Okay, so after a week of searching, I decided to contact Jarvee team again.
Turns out that in order to post full size image, needed to uncheck the following option from the account's advanced settings: "use only embedded browser to post (works only for single image)"
