I'm trying to make a Facebook account but every time I get past the email and phone verification it asks me to upload an image. I've tried multiple pictures, with various edits but I always get rejected. Has anyone been able to make Facebook accounts recently?

Not with different names but I did try restarting my computer to get a new IP. Do you think I should try it from a different computer?

You just need different IP.

Restarting your computer will not give you a new IP, restarting your router is much more likely that will give you a new IP.
Make sure to clean all of your cookies as well.

you should try to use Android emulator for your PC , it can increase success rate

the best way for creating a new account , go to the internet explorer then make a turkish email like (( ......mail.com.tr ))
