Can you get busted using the wrong stock photo license?

    The stock photo sites always got two different licenses for their photos. The cheap version give you the rights to use the photo on your website etc, but the other one, 50x more expensive gives you the right to use the photo on stuff you sell, for example ebooks. $50 for a picture is pretty expensive though, I wonder if there is any way that you can get caught using license nr 1 instead of nr 2 when you sell a ebook on amazon kindle for example? Can they know what which license you use really?

    yes, possibilities exist..

    What if the photographer himself buy your ebook and found that pic being used unlicensed.

    Yes but what I mean is, how would he know if I had license 1 or license 2?
