I came across a website just doing research and found this urq.me to be one of the referring domains. I'm fairly new to the game so I'm not sure how they did this. Does anyone know how to create something like this. From what I can tell it's apparently a powerful way to rank a website.

This is from my understanding simply an url shortener. You can do this too.
