Can this improve ranking on instagram hashtags?

I was thinking of creating a username based on hashtags.
For example, if i create a username "cute"
Will it make me appear on top in all my post that has #cute?

it's all based on the organic engagement of your account so that when you post a pic it gets a big amount of organic likes from people that are interested and engage most of the time with the same niche of your account in minutes and the number of likes you get on the pic and the comments that makes you rank on hashtags not names!

do not expect to rank for a hashtag that you want except if you put 4 targeted hashtags or something because sometimes you rank on the wrong hashtags
