My site is about downloading some files and what if I give direct download link of the same file from other from other's URL.

Do you mean the file will be downloaded from other source and not from your website/server? If so, no - it will not affect your website.
BUT ... Make sure you have copyrights on that file. Let's say, you have a private download link of a premium file, from a website. If you've bought an individual license from that specific file, than you are the only one who should access it, and you cannot ( legally speaking ) provide that private download link to others. If you provide that private link, without a specific agreement between you and the creator of that file, you / your website is under a risk. If you have the accept from the creator of that file, you can share it to your website audience.
