Can this channel be monetized?

I saw a lot of channels making news on celebrities using various gifs and images of said celebrity all while having just a voice over talking about it in the background. I was thinking of making a channel of doing the same thing but instead of my voice, I use a high quality text to speech voice. Would that be able to be monetized with the new rules?

I know slideshow videos are getting demonetized and same with compilations. But this is different. I technically would have a voice over the content reading an original script written by me, plus the “slideshow” would be having slight zooms and potentially have a border.

I’m open to all opinions and if this can’t be monetized, anyway I could change something so it can be? Thanks

robot voice will not be monetised. Also those news videos you mentioned are usually copied from other real news sites which is copyright on its own. The only way you can successfully run a news content channel is if you didnt copy the news from other news source online directly, like word for word, and you used your own voice, not a robot voice.
