Can someone help me with a clickbank product search & translation script?

Hello again BHW,
I used to have alot of activity here and because of exams had to stop, however i'm almost done and am ready to restart!
I am going to revamp an old dropshipping style working CJ! website that have had for ages and wanted to know;


Is there a script that can:

1. Upload all (or some) products an affiliate offers automatically?
2. Update the products?
3. Translate the products?
4. Provide a search for the products?

This is to save time for me having to go through and add each product, and will save time having to translate them (it takes ages!)
