Can someone give a final answer on powerlikes (Fuelgroups/IgEvolve etc)

Do these hurt your profile? Is it worth paying for these to possibly end up on explore page? Does it increase your followers AND does the engagement stay constant as well, as the account accumulates more followers?

In my experience, it does improve the your reach and engagement. However, you must be careful in implementing this. If you overdo this, you can get blocked or banned by Instagram.
