Can not create new acc on fb

I find VPN not very good because the accounts are still locked when newly created. So I think you have 2 ways to create a new account, 1 is you can use your phone to create, 2 is you can use a civil proxy to create an account, buy many proxies and each account creates on 1 proxy for full access

I usually choose to buy an advertising account, because it will be stronger than the account I create.
 
Instead of trying to create an account but not being able to, you can buy old and reputable accounts from agencies. It's fast and the account is reputable too.

It's confusing if you've changed your IP address but still can't create an account. To save time, you can go to the BHW market to buy a new account.
 
New accounts are not stable, so you should switch to old accounts and a clean IP to carry out the campaign.
 
You should warm up account first by gradually build activity (likes, posts) before running ads.
 
I think using a proxy instead is more reasonable, because it will be more stable and you will be able to manage more than 1 account on the same device.
 
Recently fb keeps restricting accounts when reported, it's very difficult to appeal, I don't know the reason

Have you tried using your mobile phone? Also, refrain from using VPN since it is detected by Facebook.

Currently, new accounts are often scanned abnormally and easily die. I recommend that you contact the seller in the section you want to buy to find an old account that will be stronger and less likely to be scanned.
