Can not create new acc on fb

Hello, i have one fb id there was business advertising account but some reasons this now blocked can not promote nothing.

So am determine to create new account. I change pc, i change internet line, even try vpn. But nothing work to create new account. I really need fb add account. How to resolve all of this

I really advise you not to try to create a new account, the possibility of being blocked is high, and the campaign is not as effective as buying or renting an account, don't spend too much time creating them
 
Try using your mobile phone to see if you can create a new account. Before, I had the same problem as you, so I switched to creating on my phone

Maybe your IP had been banned by FB that’s why you can’t create a new one
 
try changing VPN or Proxy or even URL. If that doesn't work, it's better to rent a new ad account with stable spending history and threshold than to create a new one.

Unfortunately, it is against Facebook's terms of service to have more than one account.

If they have disabled / blocked your account then according to their policies you cannot simply create a second account.

Have you appealed about your blocked account?
 
you should buy another BM account. i think you should not try to create it on your current device because the risk is quite high

You can rent or buy an advertising account which will be better
 
The fastest way is to buy or rent an account from an agent. It is more stable than a new account

have you tried to create it via phone and use 4G?
but i think you should buy account it will be better and faster
 
It could be due to the following reasons: duplicate email or phone number, repeated IP address, not old enough, or Facebook might be experiencing some issues. You can try again later.

Each phone number or email can only be associated with one Facebook account. If you use information that has already been registered, the system will reject it. Try using a new phone number or email that has not been registered with Facebook

Usually when you change network devices and computers it will not be completely fine for you to be able to create a new account stably. You can try using a mobile device and using a mobile network instead of a wifi network to connect to your computer.
