Can my channel(s) may be banned by another user?

Today 2 of my channels (hosted on different gmail adresses) has banned. Can someone who hates me did ban or flag my channel- and channel would be deleted? (i heard about stories "don't be rude in youtube comments-or someone who hates you would ban you). So how they do that? my channels is banned fo spam (of course there is no spam - one is gymnastic, another - game channel). and channels had no strikes.

Did they use some kind of bots to flag channels or something else?

Also can i hire a killer to cut their head off?
 
If everything is your own content it's hard to mark a channel as spam and youtube would manually check your videos but if a bot has crawled your page and gone "hang on a minute this aint right" it will take your videos down. Ive taken channels down myself that were competition but that was due to spam links in their vids and duplicate content. Is this all your own content?
 
i found this him . ok i have 2 channels and on other channel he send me comments
"yup game on..expect some email from tons of porn sites..anonymous..
"lol ur funny..i hack accounts for fun..i found ur ip address..wanna see it?"

no i have only game videos and no spam. so he just somehow send "emails from tons of porn site" to my channel? how?
 
If everything is proper and no spam. Try appealing to youtube and wait for it though chances are very less but still you can try that.
 
Appealing is nothing since its automated. tried like 30 times
