just wanted to know is it possible to use Adsense monetize in youtube and also use affiliate links in videos description?

If you do this you have big chance to lose your monetization.

You can use a website in description, and have affiliate links on that website
That is the best way to do it.

what about if i watermark my vides with my website link ?

You can add what watermark you wish as long is not violating YouTube policy.
There are a lot of videos with website watermark on YT.
But i think is better to watermark your videos with your YT channel name / logo

Anyway, forget about affiliate links in description and you will be safe.

To be more correct, it depends what you want to put in your description, what affiliate links.
Still, my go will be with a website as a bridge between YT and shop for multiple reasons.
