Can I use same content on my website and hubpages?

hey blackhatters,

I wanted to ask that is it possible to use same content on my main website and also on hubpAges and squiDoo or will that affect my ranking.
do I need to create new content or spin my original article and then submit it to hubpAges and SquiDoo?

Will using the same content on hubpagEs and my main website will affect my ranking?

Look up the term duplicate content.

Your site would most likely lose positions in the SERPS for duplicate content.

you don't need to create new content just tweak it to make it a lil bit unique

Or you may want to spin it right away and push it onto more web properties

at least spin your content but i suggest using completely new content, especially with hubpages because one of my hubs got banned a few weeks back for using duplicate content. i learned my lesson and now i hope this information can help you from having the same problem that i had!
