Can I use Image hosted in my site for a BST?

Hello...
Anybody knows if I can host my own BSTs images, just in case I have to update, or failed adding some other stuff, I dont have to PM a moderator to change info on the BST. So I just update the image, reupload and it will be displaying the new info or graphics.

Is this possible?

I think it's stated somewhere that images can only be hosted on a few platforms, I think.

Chose the Marketplace section that describes your service and create your thread. Images will be held on a third party server, imgur.com or imageshack.us. We have done this in order to speed up the forum, improve page loads and avoid unapproved changes to threads.

No, that is not possible.

Part of the reasoning is that if you change the image content that could affect what the BST is actually offering.

Ohh geez.. So I gotta see into the future and make sure not to put any fixed prices on images right? What are the best practices to avoid this kind of stuff. Just offering stuff and then ask to contact, or updating prices on a new thread reply?
Just want to make sure I use the wisest practice when it comes to designing great BSTs that never die.

The price of your service is part of the approval process to a certain degree.

What I would do is, when you are ready to put your BST together to submit, contact one of the Marketplace Mods and explain that there may be variables in your BST some point and they will be able to help you fashion your initial post so that it fits what you are offering and complies.

Apricot and I Know SEO are the main marketplace Mods and those ladies should be better suited to help you than I am anyway.
