I don't understand what you mean by "use Google Drive". Are you using it for hosting your website or what?
My site has Adsense ads, now I want to share some files (download) with users using Google drive. Is it ok? Or this goes against Adsense policies?

If you're legally allowed to share the file, then no, there's absolutely nothing wrong with doing that and AdSense won't trouble you at all.
Nope.
Most people prefer either GDrive or Dropbox to share files with their audience.
