Can I scrape users from instagram?

Hello guys!
Does anyone know if its possible to scrape users from Instagram who has posted a post including example "Need iPhone x"?

Because I started cpi+ig and I can see that many of the people I target have a post where they ask for the "product" I offer and most of them use the same sentence. If I was able to scrape a list of people using the sentence, I would be able to get a very high converting list of users to follow

I haven't been able to find a bot myself that can scrape after caption but only after #, but maybe one of you know one!

Can see it got posted in "making money". Not sure if that's the correct place
