Well, I applied for AdSense initially on a website with an organic traffic of more than 10k/month but they rejected it with no specific reason. After 2 days, I applied on Ezoic for the same website and they approved the account. Ads are also appearing and earning has started as well.

So, can I re-apply for AdSense now? If I do so, will it be a threat to my Ezoic approval status?

You can apply to Adsense, then switch Ezoic to mediation so they'll bid for placements on your site and whoever offers the highest bid gets the impression.
Also, yu won't pay the 10% fee on money earned through Adsense directly.

Thank you for your reply.
1. Well, do you think there will be an issue going again for AdSense when they reject me the first time?
2. Can you elaborate 10% fee exclusion part, please?

It depends on the rejection reason and how much time have passed. If it was thin content and since then you added 200 articles, you have a shot. Either way, you can definitely reapply, but having Ezoic ads there won't affect your approval chances.

Ezoic charge 10%, so if Adsense wins an impression, it's paid directly from Adsense. Their fee is not applied in this case.

AdSense was rejected 10 days ago and thin content can't be the reason as the site provides pictorial tutorials with a great variable length. Anyway, I was more concerned about Ezoic approval status if AdSense rejects it again.

After enabling Mediation, if AdSense wins an impression, earnings will be directly shown to the AdSense account. Got it!

No risk at all. Google Ads Manager and Adsense have different approval requirements.
