Can i Post a thread in market place if i am a jr VIP Even i have warnings in my account ?

Yes, only if your warning(s) expired already. Otherwise you have to wait till it expired.

how i know warnings re expired or not
Click the view button next to the warning or look under the expiry column.

You have two active warnings right now. Both of them expire Mar 7, 2018 at 7:32 AM (Pacific). This means you're ineligible to create a marketplace thread.

You would still need to wait until it expires.

A marketplace seller account is $500 and comes with a "free" marketplace thread (meaning you don't need to pay an additional $30). However, marketplace seller BSTs are still subject to a review before they're approved, just like every other BST.

Incorrect, marketplace sellers do not get a free marketplace thread. Only Enterprise members get their first thread free. See here for more info:

OP, please see this which hopefully explains everything:
I've seen a lot of new members asking how they can sell on BHW's marketplace. With the addition of the Marketplace Seller Accounts it's become slightly more complicated than it used to be. So I've put together this guide that should answer everything you need to know to begin selling on BHW.

Before you begin reading this it's best you read our marketplace rules to become familiar with what we expect from sellers before you plan your first marketplace thread.

Who can sell on BHW's marketplace?
BHW allows basically anyone to sell on it's marketplace as long as they meet 3 basic criteria:
  1. They upgrade to the correct account type, explained below.
  2. They are free from infractions or warnings on their account.
  3. They pass the marketplace review process.

What account level do I need?
I've put together a very basic diagram to help you decide

Important note: You do not have to be free from warnings to upgrade your account to Jr VIP. There are many other benefits to upgrading explained here. But if you are upgrading with the sole intention to post a sales thread on BHW then I would advise you to fix your account issues first.

In addition to Jr VIP and Marketplace Seller upgrades we also offer Enterprise Accounts. If you have an established business or brand and you wish to sell on BHW this upgrade is worth considering as it brings benefits such as a higher level of trust from our users.

How do I know if my account has warnings?
You can see if you currently have an active warning on your profile if you visit this tab.

CnYuB4g

As you can see despite this user having a lot of warnings, none of them are active anymore and they are able to sell on BHW.

If you do have a warning you can PM the Staff Member who issued the warning in a calm and professional manner and if you can prove you have learned from your mistake I'm sure they will think about expiring the warning early. However this is entirely down to them, if you try and get around this process by approaching another Moderator or Admin your account will be warned again.

Can I sell ________ here?
As long as your product is legal and you can demonstrate that you can deliver what you say you can you should be fine. If you're in doubt please PM @I know SEO, @Wilhelm Squee or @Apricot to make sure we allow your particular product and read our marketplace rules.

How will you review my product?
The exact process will vary from thread to thread but you will be expected to complete your service or deliver your product so we can use it on our test websites to make sure your product delivers what you say it will. If your thread requires extra items for the review process (such as domains, hosting, proxies or social accounts) you will be expected to deliver these as well.

This product must be delivered for free and we will pick the highest level/most expensive version of your product that you list on your thread to prove you can deliver exactly what you say you can.

What if I fail the review?
We will explain exactly why your product failed the review. As soon as this is done you can fix the issues we have and resubmit your thread right away. Any thread that is rejected must begin the review process from the start again.

I don't want to spend any money, can I still sell on BHW?
Sorry, but to protect our community all sales threads must go through this process. If you don't want to upgrade your account or try to get around our rules by selling outside of the marketplace your account will be banned.

I think they are both close, there was a forum bug last year that allowed you to see other people's infractions turns out @mickyfu and @Ste Fishkin are both leaders

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/where-are-the-infractions.845425/

All my infractions are only for being overly honest about other members. Apart from one given to me by "Bigbuddy" for racism, when my comment was far from racist. But what do you expect when he was pimping his mod account out to any old retard with a spare $5. That infraction could have come off anyone, so I don't count that as genuine.

So as you can see, I don't deserve to be labled as in the same category as @Ste Fishkin

Being abusive to members is against the rules - no matter how much of a positive spin you use to justify your online tourettes syndrome. If you've got an issue with an infraction you were given, you should PM a mod instead of whining on a thread that "it's not fair".

In addition, don't libel old members or mods based on gossip or any apocryphal stories you've heard, regardless of whether they've been banned or whether you think it sounds correct.
