    Hello

    is it possible to make a lyrics based site like azlyrics .com in wordpress or any other cms like Joomla or drupal. can i add all the features of example site like anyone can correct lyrics or add without register therself and many more. before reply please take a look azlyrics .com once.

    Yep ... There would be no problem in making a site like that. But allowing anyone to correct and add lyrics can turn into a bad idea (because of huge spamming these days) . It would be much better if they register and then you approve them manually or automatically to start editing or adding the desired thing.

    It;s bad idea - use WP or Joomla for this task. Look for some wiki based CMS

    Wordpress, like all other CMS's, is just a framework. You can build anything in WordPress.

    I think your real question is "can I do it easily and cheaply," and the answer to that is "no." No matter what CMS you choose you'll need custom coding to do a project like that.
