Can I have some help?

Hi, I have made a new site on a certain type of diet. It has recipes and meal plans. The good thing about the website is that I can just keep buying recipes off a fiverr seller which I have good communication with. I can then post them on my site. However, I want to direct good traffic to my site to get people to buy the clickbank product (which ever one I choose to promote). But how do I get good traffic to my site? I don't want to use Facebook ads at the moment because I have lost quite a lot of money with that. Thanks!

Facebook groups is a good start. I promoted a diet offer not too long ago with good results. Just don't join ones that have 1000s of spammers on it.

If it's plr they are selling then you'll need to make them unique first before posting them, as said above facebook, pinterst,instagram etc all are good

If you want to get traffic to your site than you can use youtube as a free video blogging site and twitter,email marketing and other stuff as well and you can see the different traffic generation video on youtube to get traffic to your site.
