btw, u said it might be custom WP theme, means its build by devolper specially for that person, then how much it costs (approx) to have a custom wordpress theme . becoz even if i will download a free theme , footer will have mark of someone else's.

Custom themes vary depending on the complexity of features wanted as well as skill of the developer. However they usually cost MINIMUM $500 or so.
You can easily change the footer without knowing much code. Let me know if you need help as it's only 1 line of code you need to change

i know little bit of html php tags but they says in footer in in comments that if i will remove their links , theme will not work. can u still help me with it. ?
rightnow im using this theme OrangeStyle.zip .

From Next time when you're looking for any theme luckily if it is in wordpress then you can just go to the homepage of the website> Right click it> After that View Source> Open the search box and type "wp-content/themes" it will show you the theme name
