It's difficult to get approval on those niches. Instead you can try CPA (App Installs) it works good on those niches.

No you can’t. Nulled or hack kind of websites are not allowed. You could get approval by swapping the content later but that’s blackhat and it’s still a risk...

There are dozens of sites doing this including mine. You can get the approval as well earn money from it. Faced no issues till date. No offense intended, I am new to this forum.

It can be done without switching the content. I really don’t know why does Google approve, but its just how it is. It even approves Adsense when you are putting the links of those apks on your site.

Nope. My blogs have always been about legit/white hat topics mainly mobile games (news, reviews, etc), apps (just news about new or interesting apps) or tech in general.

I was also thinking about creating a site in a very profitable niche where one can make 2-4K USD per day or even more if everything goes right. Was looking for someone to start with, as I left my old partner. You are up for this? I am looking for JV like thing, I can manage content and site, you can take care of SEO part, (I might help you in this as well). Just need someone with planning and strategy especially backlinks. As I am not good in it at all. Or maybe anything else? If you are open for JV.
