I'm really sorry.Follow these simple steps.
1. Install Nodejs
2. Install Dispatch Proxy library
npm install -g dispatch-proxy
3. Run this command
dispatch start -p 8080
You have successfully started socks proxy in port 8080
Don't forget to enable access to your desired port in aws ec2 instance setting.
I'm more of a learn guy though.If you are noobe just buy proxy instead of trying to build it
