Can I Apply For Adsense With Already Approved Website

I doubt that, if you can, then people will be selling adsense accounts for few $$.

What If I hide my website from verified sites and removed adsense code from the site and re-applied for another account
 
yes you can. i already do that before. but it takes 2 years from 1st approval. then i request using the same site and it get approved! maybe you can just change a bit about your detail, maybe change hosting company (cause i do that before apply for new one). so its like "new owner" applying for new adsense account.

Two Years From First Approval !?!?
 
At the start of last year I set up a website for my friend and then applied for the site to be used on my existing adsense which got approved. Several months later my friend said they wanted to put their own adsens eon but did not have an account.

I told them the process and removed my code from the site, they then applied a got approved within a few weeks,

Yeah it is possible but you need to be sensible and only do it once on a site.
You can reasonably say you purchased the site but if you do if several times, I'm sure flags will get raised.
 
This is interesting thread. What about other websites added in current account after approval with another website ?
