Can Google check WhoIs history ?

I registered some domain names at GoDaddy with my real name and address. I am planning to change to fake names, but I am wondering whether Google can have access to the history of owners.

In this case I would leave a footprint that would endanger the future PBN.

Anyone has an opinion or experience ??

google is a domain register, I believe he can do that and is know that is keeping all kind of info about the sites
