Can cloaking be used for Google Shopping Campaigns?

We have an Ecommerce site which we want to run with Google Shopping campaigns on, previously known as PLA or product listing ads. We've tried creating new Google merchant accounts as well as Adwords accounts many many times only to Get disapproved few month later or have only a portion of our products approved.

So we got tired of waisting time and losing money. I know some reputable cloakers such as fraudbusrer and noipfraud but need to know if there is anyway to use them with Google Shopping Campaigns. Has anyone used cloakers for PLAs before?

Yes, in fact many people cloaking from PLA to other affiliates sites to make money as PLA traffic is much cheaper :)

That's interesting, have you had experience doing it yourself?

I mean for an eCommerce store, PLAs are fetched from a shopping cart, so do you just Change the feeds links to clocker?s link which includes safe link and money link, then use a different text then the one you have for each product in your feed and send reviewers to only one safe page or have to have multiple safe pages, (since you might have 100s of product pages)??

And how about the Google account, does it have to be under safe page name or the actual money page name?

That's what I do, I don't speak without experience.
They only see safe page. Safe page has cloaking code, no need to give them money page url.

It's so easy that even my dog can cloak!
 
I see, Can you tell me,

When you set up Google Adwords and merchant center initially, what site do you register it under?
